Sailor Babo explores some Maryland history

The Washington Monument (no, not the famous one in D.C., the one here in Baltimore) reopened to tourists back in July, so SBoB thought he’d check it out.

Before he went in he got himself a sticker and hung out with George.

“Uh-oh…I think I need to be carried.”

Then he went to the Maryland Historical Society nearby to check out the time capsule that was found.

He also wandered around other parts of the museum.

When he got home from his adventure he had a special treat waiting for him – pumpkin cookies with pumpkin spice latte M & Ms!

Sailor Babo! Wow! The Intrepid Sailor does it again. LOVE the shot in front of the two ships. Who’s the marble guy photobombing our hero? The cookies look esp yummy. Thank you, Sailor Babo!

He looks very inspired by George. And he had a great time at the museum. He might have accidentally learned something while having fun and eating cookies.

    Wonderful adventure!
