Babo goes to the Bridge

He thought it was made of gold but it was just very early in the morning with the sun shining on it.

He first saw the bridge from the other side of the Harbour. Now I know he looks slightly terrified in this photo but he was wedged in nice and tight.

He was probably more terrified when we were up the top of the pylon and the wind got him.

Whoa, hold on.

See you can see people climbing behind him. It’s a solid effort, steps all the way. We only went to the top of the pylon.

Where we still had a nice view and only had to climb 200 stairs. (Got a better grip on him here).

And he saw all the way into the city.

About Jane

Well I still enjoy an episode or ten of Buffy. Cat from Vox in a previous life.

I bet Sailor Babo’s voice was very high after getting wedged in there like that.

    High-flying Babo!

I am very impressed. I would have been scared too.

Well if people (or toys) want to be world travellers then they have to take some risks I think. Aussie Babo seems to spend a lot of time dangling about water which makes me a little nervous.

Aussies are supposed to be adventurous. I think Sailor Babo is a very adaptable little chap, he’s always game to do whatever the people he’s with are up to.

And as a sailor, I would think water is his natural habitat. At least with his hat, he’s dressed for it.
