Sailor Babo and sidewalk chalk

Sailor Babo finds himself in Washington on a nice sunshiny day. Lavender has her nieces over so they decide to draw on the driveway with sidewalk chalk. Lavender traces her nieces, and they trace her. Sailor Babo wanted a more artistic approach. He decided to draw himself. Lavenders Nieces thought he was quite funny.

Lavenders Niece thinks he should be colored in, and not just an outline.

Sailor Babo and His Self Portrait in chalk

it rained very hard the next day, now Sailor Babos portrait is gone, except for his hat. For some reason that stayed.

About lavendersbluedillydilly

I Love: Photography, cuddling with my husband on the couch, moving string for my cats, eating freshly baked cookies, laughing, singing when nobody is around, striped socks, splashing in mud puddles, watching bad cop shows on TV, blankets on couches, reading books that make me giggle, the smell of rain, and many other wonderful things I am sure.

Oh my goodness, that’s hilarious. I’m glad you were able to figure out the pictures issue and get this posted. It was well worth the wait.

  2. I thought at first glance this was going to be an episode of “CSI: Sailor Babo:” but thank goodness, it was much sweeter and pleasant. I hope Sailor Babo had fun with your nieces!

    [this is good]

    Delightful.

The hat is what makes him a Sailor; of course it’s powerful.

    What GREAT fun!!!
And, Sailor Babo must be like the Cheshire cat…..only his hat is the last thing to vanish, not his tooths. (when there are only two they are tooths, not teeth). My SB is giving me the pinpoint pupil evil eye for not posting about him yet…..
